Breakfast
Start the morning in anticipation of 'what you will choose from the menu'! A gourmet continental breakfast provides fresh fruits, cooked fruits (rhubarb, apple, prunes) juices, cereals, yoghurt, toast, toasted fruit bread, croissants, tea and plunger coffee.
Choosing from the hot selection won't be easy as they are all mouth wateringly delicious for those who choose this option. A menu offering a range of enticing hot dishes each morning includes the following:
- Beach Breakfast - bacon, eggs, chipolatas, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast
- Salmon/Egg Special - scrambled eggs on toast, served with smoked salmon
- Pancakes Supreme - lemon and banana pancakes topped with berries, and served with a pot of yoghurt on the side
- Eggs Benedict - poached eggs, bacon and spinach on a warmed bun and topped with hollandaise sauce (alternative with smoked salmon)
- Yummy Eggs - poached or scrambled or fried eggs on toast with bacon & tomato
- Oh for an Omelette - vegetarian omelette, gently combining spanish onion, snow peas, capsicum, baby spinach and cheese
- Trigg Sandwich Treat - cheese, tomato and spinach toasted sandwich
- Pumpkin and Spinach Frittata (order night before for this option only)
Breakfast Room (downstairs)
Breakfast is served in the downstairs breakfast room or in the garden courtyard from 7.00-9.00am daily or at a preferred time by arrangement. After breakfast, these areas are available for guest use all day/evening. Enjoy using these facilities at other times to read newspapers or magazines; play cards or a board game; use your latop or Ipad; listen to music or to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Glassware, crockery, cutlery and board games/cards are provided. Guest areas are quite separate from the host facilities. Alternatively, enjoy the upstairs guest lounge.
Computer Access
Free wireless broadband access is available throughout the premises. A computer alcove provides you with access to a computer and FREE INTERNET USE. Printer and facsimile facilities available free upon request.
Guest sitting room/lounge room (upstairs)
A comfortable sitting room/lounge room provides guests with books and magazines. Enjoy this room to relax and enjoy a quiet read, or to have a pre-dinner drink, or sink back into the couch and enjoy a chat. A kitchen (non cooking) attached to the sitting room provides fridge, microwave, tea/coffee/snacks, wine glasses, cutlery/crockery for you.
